Orcutt Elite is committed to developing young athletes through structured training, high expectations, and a team-first culture. Our program focuses on fundamentals, discipline, and character development while creating an environment where athletes can compete, grow, and take pride in representing their community. We believe youth sports should prepare athletes not only for the next level of competition, but also for leadership, responsibility, and personal growth.

Orcutt Elite Youth Football & Cheer proudly competes in the Pacific Youth Football League (PYFL), a well-established, nonprofit league serving teams across the Central Coast and beyond. Since 1993, PYFL has provided a structured, competitive environment focused on developing young athletes through teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. As part of this league, Orcutt Elite athletes have the opportunity to compete against a wide range of programs while building strong fundamentals, character, and a love for the game in a safe and supportive setting.
- Competitive Central Coast League: Orcutt Elite teams compete against organizations from Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Los Angeles counties.
